I almost fell out of the chair while I was trying to eat. The chair back was slanted back and would not straighten upright. The air conditioner never adjusted to a comfortable setting. The refrigerator froze our salads too.

When we walked in we were greeted with a beautiful smile. Check in was very quick. My room was very clean. Other staff was also friendly. The hotel was close to all the stores we needed for the weekend. I do wish you had a free breakfast but still , I will definitely stay there again..Kimberly Joseph

Beware, don’t be fooled by the Marriott name
Booked a room with a king size bed ended up with a queen.
No complimentary bottled water… pretty standard in 3 stars hotels
No “daily tidy” such as the pickup of trash, change of towels
This is a bare-bones hotel for a $187/nigth
The market offers better options with more amenities

We had an amazing experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Madison. From check in to check out, every staff member was curious and friendly. We soon one full day at the pool, and it was peaceful and quiet. We even met some new friends from Michigan and Texas.
