I almost fell out of the chair while I was trying to eat. The chair back was slanted back and would not straighten upright. The air conditioner never adjusted to a comfortable setting. The refrigerator froze our salads too.

When we walked in we were greeted with a beautiful smile. Check in was very quick. My room was very clean. Other staff was also friendly. The hotel was close to all the stores we needed for the weekend. I do wish you had a free breakfast but still , I will definitely stay there again..Kimberly Joseph

我预订这家酒店是因为我以前住过这里，当时非常喜欢。但这次的体验就没那么好了。我要求入住一间有玻璃淋浴间的房间，结果却给了我一间无障碍淋浴房。我估计我不会再住这里了。
我们到达酒店后才发现，酒店无法制作房卡，导致我们每次到达房间都必须由工作人员开门，非常不方便。更糟糕的是，浴室清洁得很差。马桶里有水渍，马桶座圈上还有头发。淋浴盘上也散落着几根头发。我丈夫本来就对入住万怡酒店心存疑虑，这次的经历更是加深了他的顾虑。
前台接待员非常棒。晚上10点，我们带着婴儿和5岁的孩子刚把车开进停车场，整栋楼就停电了！虽然只停了几秒钟，但我们进门时所有系统都瘫痪了。前台接待员对我们久等深表歉意，尽管这并非她的错。她很有礼貌，在我们等待的时候给我们提供了饮料，而且尽管情况紧急（刷卡机也坏了，所以她不得不把所有客人都送到房间），她依然保持着乐观的态度。酒吧招待在我丈夫和5岁的孩子去买零食的时候也帮了他们，他服务也非常好！房间很干净，床也很舒服，总的来说，我们住得很愉快！
这里地理位置极其便利，就在州际公路旁，步行即可到达星巴克、餐厅和沃尔格林药店。最让我印象深刻的是前台工作人员；我遇到的每个人都非常乐于助人，而且很热情周到。
第二次入住这家酒店，两次体验都很棒。员工非常友好，酒店也很干净。很喜欢房间里的小沙发。浴室宽敞、干净且维护得很好。
