The only knock is the breakfast was just ok. Everything else was excellent. The water pressure was great in the shower and the rooms were clean.

Hard & stiff bed
Overall the room was clean & towels were stock. The bed was hard & uncomfortable. Sadly we were next to a room under construction or were the maintenance work on projects all day.

We loved our stay! Great buffet breakfast! Bed was very comfortable and we did not feel like we were imposing in any way with the staff which we often feel we are interrupting staff when traveling. We accidentally left both our keys in our room the first time we left and in less than a minute they had a third ready for us to get back in. Lovely stay and very homey feeling. Entrance is very small, but everyone is very courteous about it so it does not cause much congestion at all. We did not get a chance to try out the pool but they had cute lights out there for when the sun would go down. Looked like it would be nice to relax in (if warm enough lol). Over all great stay. We will stay again!!!

Staff waa by far the nicest I've have dealt with. I usually choose Marriott or IHG, but I am pleased I chose Hilton this time.
I expected a little more out of the breakfast. Not as filling as IHG.
I was a little concerned that my room door was open when I checked in. I was nervous walking in at first.
Lastly, the 1 bedroom sliding door to the bathroom was not able to latch. We shut it as much as possibly but it still had a gap.

我和所有员工都聊过，包括晚上9点左右帮我办理入住的工作人员，以及帮我办理退房的工作人员，他们都非常有礼貌，也很专业，就连客房服务也很专业。我在那里住了一个星期。每次去俄克拉荷马城，我都很喜欢住在那里。
我们住的第一个房间很脏/有人住过。我们联系前台后，他们没有道歉（或者任何道歉），只是给了我们一把新的房间钥匙和新的房间号码。这个房间比较干净，但床上有碎屑，浴室里的毛巾叠得乱七八糟。走廊的墙壁破旧不堪，需要翻新，电梯也一样。早餐也不好吃！我以前在Home2Suites住过几次，但这次不太好。
我和女儿们已经在这里住过两次了，以后每次来这里我们肯定还会再来。这里交通便利，干净整洁，员工友好，床也超级舒服。价格也非常合理，适合一家人入住。
非常友好热情！很喜欢这里的氛围。房间非常干净。早餐和小吃都很棒！
