Bathroom door didn't work, microwave timing button was not working and they they came to pick up the trash, no to clean the room, three days later.

Needs updating and new carpet in the rooms. The first room we were assigned was an odd corner room that smelled like dirty socks and body odor. The shades were damaged and it appeared dirty. We asked for a different room. Our second room was acceptable but the carpet was also dirty. The breakfast was good and clean and the staff was nice and accommodating.

This hotel line is great wherever I'm at..they have all been clean, staff have been very nice and helpful.Rooms are set up well. I will continue to look for this chain wherever i travel.

房间很不错，但床可以更舒服些，尤其是枕头。不过这只是个人感受。总体来说，我很喜欢这间房间——冰箱和洗碗机（如果需要的话）都很齐全，玻璃器皿也一应俱全。我最喜欢的是淋浴间。对于我这个老太太来说，步入式淋浴间简直是福音。我不明白为什么现在的酒店还要保留那种只能溅水的浴缸。谁还需要它们呢？不过，清洁人员应该注意一下淋浴间的洗手液分配器。我的淋浴间里没有沐浴露——瓶子完全空了——而我这次旅行并没有带自己的沐浴露。早餐没什么特别的。我不喜欢煮鸡蛋，也不喜欢那种看起来很假的鸡蛋饼，所以早餐几乎全是碳水化合物——这对糖尿病患者来说毫无益处。不过这也不是什么大问题。附近有很多餐馆。
个别前台服务不太好
我和所有员工都聊过，包括晚上9点左右帮我办理入住的工作人员，以及帮我办理退房的工作人员，他们都非常有礼貌，也很专业，就连客房服务也很专业。我在那里住了一个星期。每次去俄克拉荷马城，我都很喜欢住在那里。
我们住的第一个房间很脏/有人住过。我们联系前台后，他们没有道歉（或者任何道歉），只是给了我们一把新的房间钥匙和新的房间号码。这个房间比较干净，但床上有碎屑，浴室里的毛巾叠得乱七八糟。走廊的墙壁破旧不堪，需要翻新，电梯也一样。早餐也不好吃！我以前在Home2Suites住过几次，但这次不太好。
我和女儿们已经在这里住过两次了，以后每次来这里我们肯定还会再来。这里交通便利，干净整洁，员工友好，床也超级舒服。价格也非常合理，适合一家人入住。
这里设施齐全，非常干净，员工也很友好。
