The bathtub/shower is difficult.
The floor is slippery and you need to be cautions with the 2' step up to get in or out of the tub.
The oval shower curtains are tight and stick to you when the water is turned on and can make you feel claustrophobic.
The restaurant was not good at all, explaining why there was only one other table at 6 pm on a Sat night.
Check in was easy but the parking was not explained well. He just said "out back"
The elevator floors are numbered weird,
My room was a 300 but it is on the 4th floor...????
Same is true on other floors, 3rd floor had rooms numbered in the 200's.
That should have been explained at check in

We loved our stay here. The historic hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modernized in a way that keeps some of the vintage feel while also feeling clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room with a daybed which was perfect for our 11 yr old. The soaking tub was so relaxing. We enjoyed dinner and drinks downstairs. Most of all we loved the staff who were welcoming and attentive. We will be back!

No sheets or blanket on trendal bed had to have thermostat reset from downstairs to get heat. Staff were very nice and friendly .

有点老，住的不舒服
我和妻子在国家酒店庆祝结婚26周年，度过了一段美好的时光。酒店里处处可见古色古香的装饰和古董，仿佛带我们穿越回了过去，同时又配备了我们习以为常的各种现代化设施。我们一直期待着酒吧和餐厅翻新后重新开业，果然没有让我们失望。那里的氛围、食物和饮品都非常棒。
入住期间最棒的部分莫过于酒店员工。从入住到退房，每个人都非常友善，真心关心我们的入住体验。我记性不太好，所以可能漏掉了一些人的名字，但特别要感谢Celeste、Holly和Emily。我们很快就会再来。
我预付了房费，但不知道为什么前台又收了我一笔钱。工作人员说会有退款流程，等等等等。房间小得可怜。空调老是自动关掉，而室温却高达91华氏度（约33摄氏度）。简直糟糕透了。
我们很喜欢国家酒店！我们住的房间很小但非常舒适。
这家酒店令人难以置信，它的装饰、位置都很棒，我们真希望能住得更久一些，以便更多地了解这座城市。
