Needs a thorough cleaning. I wiped dust and mold out of a fan that was in the wall between rooms. The tub had a long hair in it, prior to my using it. Cleaning solution or Fabreze was so heavy in the air, I started wheezing. We had stayed at this hotel before with no problem except perfumes lobby. Now it’s in the rooms. Please use fragrance free cleaners and launder with fragrance free products.

My only concern with this hotel is the lack of lobby staff in the afternoon / evening hours. We were able to come and go quite frequently without interacting with anyone. Perhaps the lobby was being monitored remotely but there was no sign to that effect. Also we seemed to have stayed at a very quiet time which may have been the reason

While we do have staff available and 24 hours at the property, there are times when they may be assisting other guests or attending to duties elsewhere in the hotel. That said, we’ll review how we communicate this better to guests—perhaps through signage or clearer instructions on how to reach staff if needed. 旧毛巾洗得也不干净。
床非常旧而且不舒服，我只住了一晚，体验很糟糕。床垫都变形了，很难睡好。
