这家酒店太恶心了!我们一走进去就能闻到霉味。我以为只是因为我看到狗在酒店里走来走去,但不是的,即使我们走到房间,味道也很难闻。我一打开房门就能闻到这股恶臭,前台也无能为力。更不用说他们给我发了一条消息,说泳池关闭了,当我回复消息询问有什么选择时,却一直没有收到回复。我预订的房间和实际安排的完全不一样,当我与前台对质时,他们说是的,那是另一个套房,而且照片上的照片甚至不是我们酒店的。令人震惊的是,酒店内部与照片上的完全不一样。洗碗机外面完全生锈了,到处都是白色的东西。千万不要住在这里!
房间一尘不染。这是我们第二次入住这家酒店,依然非常满意。酒店非常欢迎宠物入住,员工也极其友善、热情周到。
破败不堪,令人失望。
我们一年多前才住在这里,因为离家很近,交通便利。从那以后,酒店的条件肯定恶化了。接待区又乱又慢。我们的无烟房间弥漫着一股陈旧的香烟味,可能是(后来我们才意识到)因为它紧邻人们聚集吸烟的出口。酒店整体给人一种缺乏维护的感觉——窗帘破损,浴缸污渍斑斑,墙上的油漆脱落,没有吹风机。最奇怪的是床头柜上放着一台布满灰尘的电话,大部分按键都不见了。你可以称之为“环保”,但一个标语写着“入住一周的客人在此期间不应期待任何客房服务”,这充分说明了酒店对这些房间的漠不关心。幸好床单和床都很舒服,而且我们只住了一晚——而且我们肯定不会再来了。
