The room was large. The bathroom was clean. The shower were nice and hot. And the morning coffee was good as well.

Staff was professional and kind. The room was super clean and comfy. Breakfast was the best we've probably had in any hotel. Good variety of foods to accommodate even vegetarians. The swimming pool has heated water so it was be used even when it's cold outside so our kids had a blast. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much.

Quiet resting place! The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a number of options and good quality. We don't like to complain but the bathroom floor seemed a little sticky. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was on the fourth floor south side of the building there is no internet service and was told it doesn’t work up there. Seems that he’s rooms should be cheaper. Train across the road goes by every hour and lays on the horn.

酒店回复: Good morningI'm sorry you had issues with the internet and I'm not sure who said it doesn't work on the 4th floor it does work it probably just needed the router reset.I'm sorry the train bothered your stay here I'm afraid there isn't anything I can do about that as it runs right through Pryor and its not fixable. I will suggest if you have to stay in Pryor and to ask whichever hotel your staying at to put you on the backside of the hotel,

在办理入住和退房时，我感觉好像是在打扰前台工作人员。这确实让我感觉不受欢迎。
他们给我安排的第一个房间散发着动物尿液和化学物质的臭味。我要求换房间，他们给我安排了另一个房间，但味道也好不到哪里去。我不喜欢抱怨，但臭味实在太难闻了。当我去前台要求换房间时，那位女士告诉另一名员工，他们已经收到了第一次换房间的要求，所以我肯定他们知道有问题。我住了 2 晚，只在房间里睡觉。不会再住那里了。
房间里的门栓坏了，浴室的排水口没有盖子，地板很脏，泳池的水又黑又浑浊。工作人员非常友好，大堂看起来很干净。早餐很好，在早餐区工作的女士非常亲切和乐于助人。
