The front desk staff set the tone for the stay. There was no one at the desk when I arrived. I waited some time and another staff member offered to help. Once she got to the desk she peeked in the back and got the desk manager to come up. The desk manager seemed annoyed and frustrated that she had a client she had to help. She said I didn’t have a reservation, so I showed her my confirmation number. She finally found it. She kept the annoyed attitude the entire time. I got my key and left, there was no “I hope you enjoy your stay” or any sort of welcome at all.
I might not have left a review if I hadn’t felt so unwelcome, but due to that I’ll go ahead and rate the rest of the stay. The bed had a huge crevice that you basically had to lay in or you’d just roll into it. The wood under the refrigerator was rotted away and the shower had peeling wallpaper. It was clean but definitely could use some sprucing up.
All in all it was an average stay at a decent price, just don’t expect any frills.

Not Well Maintained, Noisy, they charge for coffee in the lobby (not Starbucks), bathroom ceiling falling apart and hot water took over 15 mins also, for one day, they were charging $334.00 plus Tax and fees... What? Why?

Stagg was helpful and friendly. Room wqs clean but must smlling carpets look like they have better days.
