The staff were extremely friendly at every encounter, the lobby had a new updated look, the lobby and breakfast area looked and smelled clean. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options that stayed fresh and stocked for the duration of breakfast hours. The rooms were spacious and had an updated look.
We did not like that the hallways in the lodging areas smelled strongly of mildew. We also did not like that it seemed as though the air conditioner turned off when were not in the room. We realize this saves the property on energy costs, but our room was hot stuffy and also smelled of mildew.
This needs to be addressed because mold and mildew is a sign of further problem and quite a put-off.
However, having said that, we would stay again.

Whenever I am in Pearland/Houston Tx I stay here I literally know the staff my first name and know mine as well, and my daughters! Mr. Charles is so helpful and friendly! Great people and ALWAYS A GREAT STAY!!! I will continue to stay here when I’m in town!😁

Somewhat ok
It was a nice place to stay. They didn’t clean my room on one day but rush me on my last day. It was close to my family house and shopping centers. Very clean the first day.

Property was good but room we stayed has broken refrigerator and the AC was making whistling sounds the whole night. Had trouble sleeping, could t change room as it was late night and kids were fast asleep
Those with food allergies, free breakfast doesn’t gave any DF options. GF are very less
