Parking was good, right out front, breakfast was good and items were refilled/refreshed frequently. Room was clean and roomy but bed was to soft for my back.

Our stay was ok. The bed was comfortable. My issue was the cleanliness of our room. There was a candybar? chunk on the chair. It really grossed me out. Additionally the bathroom corner had a pile of hair/ dust/ lint. We were there for a wedding and they were packed.

Didnt like the way room was set up the bed was terrible and the pillows was very uncomfortable. Got to the room around 530 pm and left around midnight cause we just couldnt get comfortable plus they put a family above us on the next floor and they was noisy stomping the floor

Perfect Stay
Our experience was wonderful from check in to check out! The attendants were very friendly and welcoming, pool area was clean, room was very clean (no smoke smell!), and breakfast was really good. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! :)

Not impressed
So when I booked it said pay at property upon arrival. It said my total for the room plus taxes online. I get there and do todome unexpected events on the 3 and half hour drive i talke dtoo the manager and paid most of it in ky card except for like 16 dollars. My husband paid cash. Everything was good. The day of check out the clerk said by have a good day after i turned in keys then once i started loading the car she runs out and said i still owed 15.94 or whatever it was my had already paid. Argued it a little but due to the fact i had a wedding rehearsal to get back home to 3 and half hours away i paid it but i will not be back. Wr also had no remote for our room had to ask worker for one from another room. And had peole running and stomping above us at 1 am. And we had two kids trying to sleep as well
