The hotel was under construction and yet it showed on ******* as open for reservations. We made one and we were scammed. As soon as we reached hotel premises there was this board saying “hotel under renovation “

It wasn’t the property. I was supposed to be notified that the property was being renovated by Travelocity and never was. So I showed up and had nowhere to stay. Very poor communication by Travelocity

Extremely rude staff. Charge us 4 nights but had 2 night available at checkin. Didnt want to refund for the full in despite with them for refund. Did not stay those two nights with kids under 6 years old. All adminities ( pool and game room) were gutted out.

First of all, I thought we had pulled into the back of the property. It was a mess. It looks like they have purchased two properties and are trying to make it one. But they are nowhere near

finished. The sign was a banner draped over the actual sign of the original property.

In order to get to the elevator with our luggage cart, we had to navigate ramps and corridors that looked like a basement or a warehouse. We had to make several turns and finally found the elevators, on the other side of the building.

The room was clean enough, but the hot water was lukewarm at best. In order not to take a cold shower, the handle had to be barely turned on. Then there was no water pressure. You can’t take a bath because there’s nothing to stop up the drain. No hot water in the sink either. But the sink stopped up immediately!

Overall the property was sketchy. We were not comfortable staying there. We left before 6am just to get out.

For the price paid for the room, we expected better. It was NOT a good value, particularly in what we got for our money.

Needless to say we won’t be staying g there again, and will definitely not recommend it.

Made reservation requesting ground floor as I am disabled with walker. They only had 6th floor available which was quite a walk to elevator then long walk to a room, I cancelled this reservation

Our room was interesting…cool because it was large with a jacuzzi tub, interesting because the two windows had views of a storage closet. There was no natural light in our room. Fine for our needs-we were here for one night for a concert at Dillon amphitheater- but definitely would have been depressing beyond the one night. It’s like being in a basement: staff was a bit strange- I had to say hello first at the front desk. Average accommodations.

Very satisfactory

Overall really liked this hotel. Wasn't crowded, had quiet room, check in was fast and parking easy and plenty. Could use a blackout curtain so I'm not waken by the sun blaring in my eyes at dawn. Had a lot of bags to haul to end of long hallway. Didn't get to check if hot tub was working. Would stay here again.

Great location

Great location. Rec path and lake within walking. The hotel is under major renovations so no breakfast service, no pool etc. But I feel the price reflected that accordingly and it was affordable for us.

We had an excellent stay visiting our son and hiking the area.
