This is now owned by Holiday Inn. Unfortunately it is a poor representation of the company. I booked this hotel through American Airlines. Two reasons I booked: it advertised a breakfast and they had a hot tub for after skiing. They have neither of these. The hot tub is under construction and breakfast is served when the staff shows up and they feel like cooking. The same folks, who by the way are dressed in street clothes, check you in and mop the floors. That alone should tell you Holiday Inn doesn't provide appropriate staffing. When I called Holiday Guest relations, they put me on hold and hung up. I called back and essentially was told the information is on their home page and it is the customers problem of investigating the information prior to booking. I looked on three of the other major booking sites and it is advertised that they have a hot tub and breakfast. The hotel has a fireplace in the lobby, but it's never on and it appears they ran out of money decorating the lobby because the TV is off and no accessories to make it look nice. It is difficult to find their information because if you see the title here, it is still under the name of their previous hotel. Positive note: the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The price would have been fair with all amenities. I hate writing bad reviews but I book according to advertised amenities, and it’s not fair to the customer to expect something they’ve paid for and it not be available.

Prepaid for our hotel stay and when we showed up they gave away our rooms. They mocked us at the front desk and won't issue our refund. IHG has been np help getting the manager to respond. They won't answer the phone or any emails. On top of it all, the hotel was in shambles. Might as well close the building down if you're going to offer this level of service

Never use this hotel. They gave our rooms away when we arrived and did not communicate, so we had to drive around until 4:00 AM after a day of traveling and had to pay a lot. The man at the desk said he canceled and refunded but this was two weeks ago. We can't reach them anymore (they keep hanging up or not answer) and refuse to give us our money back. Never use this hotel

I booked with the White Peak Hotel to take a short vacation before a conference in Denver. Turns out, I would’ve had a more restful experience if I just stayed home. The spa and pool are closed. They put a sign on the door saying spa #2 is open, but no one who works here knows where spa #2 is. The showers are barely warm. All in all, staying here is a waste of your money. You can get a cheaper room with better amenities and a hot shower somewhere else.

Great stay with my black lab. Right by the walking and hiking near the lake. On the edge of town out of the hustle. But walking distance to lake or food. Clean with a very helpful front desk. This will be my go to in Dillon for a reasonable price. 4th floor facing Lake Dillon. What a wonderful view to wake up to. Thanks.

I was fully prepared to give this hotel a four star rating, until I tried taking a shower which was barely warm. I called to discuss this with the front desk to ask for a partial refund no one answered, otherwise I would've given three stars. However, the staff that did help me was very friendly and helpful.

As an IHG employee glad to see a property close to my favorite ski resort Copper Mountain. After talking to Nicholas he informs me that the hotel will be going through an in-depth renovation soon. Looking forward to seeing it next year when I return.

The restaurant has been closed for months!! Yet all the websites show they have an open restaurant and breakfast between $8-13$!! Was not happy when checking in to find that out. It was one of the bigger reasons we chose this place. Really disappointed. Family came out here to go skiing and having access to an easy and convenient early breakfast was an important criteria.

Overcharged by $500, US Bank has started a fraud investigation, you do not want these people to have your credit card on file. No manager on duty until the afternoon, so getting anything fixed can't be done by the day crew. Run your hot water for a shower for at least ten minutes, it takes that long to get from cold to warm. Two jacuzzis, neither work. Amenities listed include breakfast and dinner, there is no breakfast or dinner.
