The repugnant, belligerent and unethical work attitude of the hotel manager *** should be seriously checked by the senior hotel management! He threatens guests with eviction for the slightest request which he REFUSED to provide. For example, a heater fan or to adjust a warmer room temperature for the hotel guest with heart problem. He was extremely rude, shrill and condescending! Upon checking with the stores’ assistant across the hotel, this particular manager, *** is known for his notoriety towards his guests! One cannot fathom for the life how he could be in the hospitality industry! What a total disgrace and embarrassment to all the professional hoteliers out there!
酒店比较新，房间也够大，早餐简单但该有的也有。
我们通过 Trip.com 预订了两间双人房，但很不幸，房间里蟑螂很多。
更糟糕的是，他们给我们看了其他备选房间（每个楼层都有），但所有房间都有这些“小动物”光顾过。
我们只好退房，另寻住处。我真的不推荐这家酒店，而且前台那位女士对我们的发现也毫不惊讶。酒店的卫生状况也极其糟糕。现在我只希望能从 Trip.com 拿回我的钱。
我强烈不推荐这个地方！完全不通情达理，极其傲慢且带有敌意！根本没有先来后到的规矩！我明明是第一个到的，前台那个无礼的年轻人却让我等10分钟；结果他却把队伍里所有人都办理入住了，最后才轮到我！我要求一个安静的房间，结果他给我的房间正对着喧闹的主干道，位于最吵闹的走廊中间！经理告诉我等到下午3点，也就是官方入住时间之后，他才会给我安排一个我选择的合适房间。
房间之间只隔着一块板子；所以你能清楚地听到隔壁邻居咚咚敲打的声音！
别住这里了！简直是一场噩梦。

酒店位置很好，离机场很近，而且免费停车。我们到达得很晚，第二天一早又要赶飞机。
当我们走进房间时，发现里面竟然有人在睡觉。后来才知道，那个人本来是住在另一个房间的，但不知怎么就进了我们的房间。于是我们换了另一个房间，结果这个房间里“住着”更多的“居民”——衣柜架子上爬满了小虫子。我也不知道那是什么虫子……但我们坚决要求再换房。第三个房间则有一股浓重的异味，酒店工作人员过来闻了闻，表示非常理解我们。第四个房间总算还行。虽然不是特别干净，我检查了床垫下面，发现有些脏东西，但至少没有虫子……
酒店整体有点破旧，但住着感觉还算安全。
早餐方面，考虑到酒店的价格，还算可以。
因航班变动导致订了机场附近的这家酒店，房间设施早餐都很好👍服务人员态度太差了，酒店有巴士接送，打电话到酒店询问没有耐心直接挂掉，我们自行拦车到了酒店办理入住的是那个接电话的，很不友好！这里说西班牙语的多，英语不好的沟通费劲啊！给他们翻译字幕还嫌弃字太小了看不懂👎
气味好闻，员工很有礼貌
服务很好，离机场很近。
因为Trip.com的失误，我没有入住，他们也完全不理解，所以连部分退款都没有。
不幸的是，入住体验很糟糕。
首先，住了一晚，但全程没有网络。但真正让我失望的是，经理确认会有人来修，结果却根本没人来。
地理位置还不错，离佛罗里达机场很近，适合住一晚。
早餐也挺好的。
位置很好，设施齐全，适合快速中转。
