It was a basic hotel stay NOTHING SPECIAL, went through alot to find my reservations which were done weeks in advance. Again NOT SPECIAL about my stay here.

Disappointed
I was really disappointed in the hotel the room was not what I expected really small the guest next door was really loud most of the night probably because the walls was thin no hang closet I will not chose this hotel again

We stay here everytime we come and visit family. Typically we have no problem, or at least we haven’t. I say that because my brother Jeremiah Moore and my sister in law Tiffany refused and stayed Hampton Inn Suites due to their past experience with this location. We checked inn late because we got in late, all went well. It was dark and we were tired so we didn’t really inspect the room. Well when woke up the next morning, we both noticed these black streaks on the ceiling and my wife’s allergies revealed to us what the marks were. I took pictures and verified that it was mold. Black Mold. Additionally, after getting out of the bed immediately, we then inspected our bed. Sheets were definitely dirty. We literally took showers and went to sleep. Only utilized the room for maybe 9 hours total. I’m extremely disappointed with my whole experience. When we did bring it to the attention of the staff they were very passive and didn’t seem eager to help. Let’s say we will not be staying at another Holiday Inn unless this is made right. I see why the hospitality industry is reaching a crossroad, I would have rather an AirBNB honestly. My wife and I are entrepreneurs and we understand the value of EVERY experience.

Staff was nice but the room smelled so bad like mold. Front desk was nice and allowed us to change rooms and although it wasn't as bad as the first room it still had a mildew smell.

It’s was good the team was nice and friendly and housekeeping was very nice and helpful but there was no snacks to buy it was empty only drinks this was the first holiday inn we stayed no pool may it only seasonal and no snacks to buy we had to go out to get some for 4 days no snacks and the keys had to be re-activate to or room they really need new keys for rooms but other than that it’s was ok who ever The general manager of building need to work on getting keys to rooms replaced or fixed cause every time I had to go get them reset when we come back to enter room that was crazy to have to keep walking to get key reset I never seen nothing like this stay but I’m glad that young ladies at front desk was always friendly and smiling and the young man housekeeper on 2nd floor was friendly also and helpful

Single king room was good. Would stay again. Enjoyed the water pressure, cold AC, clean room, free breakfast, and coffee was great!

Just a quick get away. We always enjoy our time there. Front Desk Clerk was extremely friendly. Our was very clean.
