I did not feel like I was getting what I paid for. There was no clean towels. I was told that they couldn’t be washed because there were people checking out the next day. Got hung up on when I called because I was upset that the fact that. When u reached out to make a complaint to maybe just receive more than two towels so I can take three showers being there three days. Most hotels have enough towels for their customers, especially when the hotel is empty.

We were very happy with our stay while visiting both Oneonta and Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Pool closed and wasn’t on web age to tell us that. Pub and dinner closed so had to go else where. Soda machine broken. Beds not that comfortable and spreads were stained and snagged. Friendly with our pet and our children.

I highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff was great. From the late evening warm welcome after a long day, a clean quiet room for a comfortable night sleep, to a tasty breakfast. This is the posterchild of how a hotel should be.

decent hotel close to all star village
the room needed to be cleaned more frequently and seemed that it hadn't been in a while there was tons of dust and i had found a dirty hair brush as well as a bottle full of soda near the beds so not sure the room was really cleaned much before we entered it.

The property is in a nice surrounding area. What I didn't like about your staff was one certain employee of yours he was so rude everyone else very nice and helpful but this certain employee was rude and not helpful at all and with an attitude I wish I would have gotten his name but let me tell you when I checked in on Wednesday morning on August 20th he was working your front desk so I'm pretty sure by you guys looking into your schedule will know who I am talking about. Other than that, our stay was nice. One suggestion for breakfast maybe change it around a bit. Have more different fruits.
