The front desk clerk could not get a key made for my room, then brought me to my room tried to use the master key and that still didn’t work. Went back to the desk, and was able to get me in my room. However, I did not have a key, therefore could not leave the room due to not having a key. Was very inconvenient .

Was try to save money and decided to stay here on my work trip. Reception seemed she hated her job. Didn’t tell me anything about breakfast options just scanned my card and told me where my room was. It was a long walk to my room she didn’t tell me there was a closer exit I could have parked by. When I got to my room the door was cracked and I was confused and walked in, the maintenance guy said from behind me, “oh they got you in my room”. He said, “I have to do some caulking but that can just wait a few days”…
Day 3 my room keys stopped working I walked passed her and she said nothing. I went back after my key didn’t work and she then told me the card system had reset and fixed my cards. The place wasn’t very well kept the drain in the shower was clogged and I was pretty grossed out after that…

Room was clean a roomy. basic amenities. The young lady at the front desk could have been more friendly . . . simple check in, no smiles or greeting. Otherwise the breakfast was typical, the room it was quite pleasant, large windows and comfortable tables . . .

The first night, guests nearby were very loud and rowdy til about 4 am. The second night, the guest in the room next to ours had a loud TV on all night and it was still on as we checked out.

Asked for first floor room due to walking problem and given an accessible room close to handicapped parking. Bathroom had a terrific shower with lots of handrails. Only negative was that new rugs would be nice.

The staff were all very friendly and although it was rather clean, it could really use an overall update. The breakfast included was really not that great and could use some improvements.

The parking was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. But the stay would have been better if there was an elevator.

I did not feel like I was getting what I paid for. There was no clean towels. I was told that they couldn’t be washed because there were people checking out the next day. Got hung up on when I called because I was upset that the fact that. When u reached out to make a complaint to maybe just receive more than two towels so I can take three showers being there three days. Most hotels have enough towels for their customers, especially when the hotel is empty.
