I like staying here. This was my third time staying at this hotel. I would tell others to stay here as well. The breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Had to make a last minute trip to Dora, I always book here no matter if its for one night or multiple nights. It"s always clean and well maintained and of course the kids love to pool.

Reservation was for 4 people and they only gave us two towels for a suite we had to continue to ask for more towels are whole 4 day visit. Halfway threw our stay we lost hot water pressure other than that visit was great!

Portales Trip
Had to refuse first room due to condition. Door lack was intermittently inoperable, lamp shade was missing, stained window shade and room had strange odor. 2nd room was nice except the pullout bed was broken.

Not as nice as it seems
I stayed in this hotel for one night while driving through the area. Our original room had an ac that wasn't working and had a puddle forming right next to it and the room didn't have a phone to reach the front desk. After getting switched to another room we found that the next room had a concerning dip in the bathroom floor giving the impression that there was damage in the floor beneath. There was also a splatter mark on the blinds of some kind of liquid. This room had a phone, but it didn't work. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good, but this hotel seems to be lacking is general maintenance. When I spoke to the front desk at my departure the attendant offered no solutions, only acknowledgment.

The young man at the front desk was very good. He made check in easy and when the tornado siren sounded he personally knocked on our door and told us what we needed to do.
