Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. The pool and hot tub was well maintained and great to get into. the hotel did not seem crowded even though there were plenty of cars around. Very quiet and did exceed our expectations.

Our room was clean and comfortable after a very long drive. Breakfast was hot and ready to go in the morning. Coffee was conveniently in the lobby.
The staff were very friendly too.

Rooms were nice & clean, breakfast was pretty good too. They do allow pets and the people in the room across from me left the dogs alone and all they did was bark, I had to call down to the front desk to have them take care of this problem and they did..

We pulled a trailer with a side by side and felt the location and lot itself was safe and didnt worry about our property getting vandalized. The room was really nice and the smell inside the lobby was quite delightful. We checked out before breakfast. But the bottle of water and diet coke were crazy expensive!

This hotel was excellent. The lobby was very clean, smelled nice, and check in was quick. The front desk attendant was very kind. The room was in great condition, very clean, and well maintained. Our room faced the highway so it was a little noisier but not too bad.

I booked & paid for this hotel months ago, and unfortunately had a last minute change of plans. Despite the fact that I’m a Platinum ******* member and a regular customer of Holiday Inn Express, neither party would allow me to cancel/change (despite the fact that I booked an alternative hotel in a different city with *******) I was forced to pay for the whole week. One or two nights would have been acceptable, but to pay for the whole week is not. I won’t be using HIEX or ******* in future if I can avoid it.
Terrible customer service.

房间看起来很干净，直到我在书桌旁边的床底下发现了一个空水瓶。我住了两晚三天，第一晚过后我的房卡就失效了，不得不回到前台让他们重新设置我的房卡。早餐种类非常棒。
地板上有漏水现象，原因不明。
工作人员很快就过来检查，这很好。
不幸的是，没有空房间，所以我们必须留下来，但我们设法熬过去，因为我们只剩下一天的时间了。
