The heater didn't work and the front desk staff was rude from the start and didn't want to work with us. They change our room but the heat ask didn't work.

Very surprised by all the old not so clean feeling throughout the hotel. Dim dingy lights.. no information unless you go to desk in person.. cold pool water.. unlaundered spare linen in the closet. Not one complimentary water in the room. Old hair dryer smelled like burned hair. Old coffee Keurig was gross. Step it up Holiday Inn!

I want to first start with I have stayed here multiple times. I have always enjoyed staying here. The last visit my overall experience went way down. If you purchase stay from ******* you no longer get kids breakfast for free. Staff were very rude. The parking has went up and is very expensive. After staying and reading the owners response the this. The answer is all downtown parking cost. Which this is a true statement but any other hotel or city hotel the hotel always comps your parking if you're staying. Also the price is going up they said from an already high price to even higher prices. We had a knock two hours before are checkout by housekeeping asking if we were ready to checkout so they could clean. That was very uncomfortable and not appreciated. If my daughter didn't live in this area and love the water park I would never rebook.

Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom was really gross. Floor was peeling up in one area and looked ruined from water. Bathtub was stained with dirt. Door was dirty/fingerprints, etc. The air conditioning unit was so loud it jump scared my kids about every time it turned on. The “waterpark” was run down. The bucket didn’t even work anymore and a lot of the paint was coming off or the metal was rusting in areas. The floor was really slippery. Saw multiple kiddos fall including one of my own. This place could be sooo great if it weren’t for money greed. Someone is not willing to fork out the money to take care of the property and that’s unfortunate. We won’t be back and will keep relaying the message that’s it’s terrible until something has changed.

We had a great night at this location. They were able to accommodate an early check in and had there not been a couple of things that were off then it would be a 5 star review. First when we booked the room we double checked that parking was free but upon arrival I was informed there was a charge for parking. Secondly the room was pretty much spotless except the couch was stained in multiple spots. Not a huge deal but we put towels down on it before we sat on it. Besides those two things Staff was friendly and most accommodating!!!

We stay here a lot. But the room on our last visit was awful. Tv didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t lock and the room needs to be painted.

The remotes did not work, found out the sensors were unplugged. The worker had to take the sensor off the tv in the sitting place so we could watch it in bed because there was no sensor there. There was a lightbulb missing. The cable box was falling off the back of the tv in the sitting room. I tried to call front desk many times for help (but the phone was not working). We had to leave early for flight so we only were checked in for about 6 hours and did not see or know there was breakfast.The front desk person who checked us in was the one who brought us a lightbulb and helped us with the tvs was very helpful, but that shows maybe they were short staffed.
