The hotel and rooms were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was great. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Room and hotel in general are super clean and remodeled. Stairways could use a little more upkeep with cleaning. The landings and light fixtures had a lot of dead flys. But the overall hotel was very nice and did not smell bad. I would recommend rearranging the fitness room so the treadmill and oliptical are in the front row closer to the TV, with a walkway between them and the weight/bench behind. It is very awkward in the current setup. Also, treadmill was not operating. The screen said "fault". The oliptical was not operating either, missing its power cord completely.

everybody was polite friendly helpful and it was clean alot of different types of places to eat and gas was cheaper than home

Newly remodeled - room and common area nice and clean. Only complaint - no eggs in the serving pan at breakfast so I sat and waited. Only took a couple of minutes for the staff to replenish them. Went and got a plate and the eggs were cold. I get it - they are powdered and mixed. But, at least warm them up before you put them out. Other than that, everything was good. 4th or 5th time staying here - before and after remodel. If you have the chance - ask for a room on the north side of the hotel. We'll stay again.

The room was clean but......
The microwave sparked when trying to use it. Cleaning crew should seen the bulge of plastic on the inside when cleaning it. Very dangerous when tried to use it. The side door was never locked so anyone could come in at anytime. Even though it was said to be pet friendly, there was no where for the dogs to do there duty except on the cement/blacktop.
Very disappointing stay.

Just bad luck, but the elevator was out of order so our 3rd floor room was going to be a hike! We were given another room on the first floor.

One of the best, nicest rooms we’ve stayed in including our stays at Crown Plazas, DoubleTrees, Red Lions, etc. The remodel was fantastic, check in very hospitable including freshly baked cookies! The room and bed was fantastic. The shower was the best ever!!
