I asked immediately upon check in about canceling my stay the following night because of imminent snow storm coming in. Front desk said they couldn't help me with that since it was booked through a 3rd party website. However they proceeded to take my credit card and run it. I didn't even stay both nights because of weather. Holiday inn should have a little more control on these situations even if they are booked through a 3rd party.

At the check in they didn’t give me much info. Did not tell me hot tub was closed. Also didn’t tell me they were charging my CC for incidentals. They also didn’t tell me the breakfast hours. I was really mad that the hot tub was closed. After traveling as far as I did I was looking forward to that and I would have stayed somewhere else had I known

Check in was easy. No problems there. The king mattress might as well have been plywood with a thick carpet on top. The fold out mattress was far superior to the king. Breakfast eggs were powdered as expected but the bagels lacked freshness and flavor. Now the fun. The hot tub was so chemically imbalanced that it ruined my wife’s swimsuit and fried my daughter’s hair. We were all left with extra dry and irritated skin that lotion hard a tough time keeping up. I lost half of my leg hair due to the irritation. The hotel was quiet and checkout was super easy though.
