The host was very pleasant. She was just as nice to everyone i saw her speak with. Very clean room, wonderful service, will return to this hotel when coming to visit family and friends.Breakfast, pool, exercise roon, laundry room and ice machine.

The room was nice. The were no issues with the room. The outside poetry was well maintained.

Shower was either extremely hot or ice cold. Never swept the floors, made beds and changed towels everyday though.

Room was very clean. The Front Desk employees were absolutely incredibly kind and helpful. The customer service was so far above and beyond what you normally get!

One of the rooms we booked had a dirty bathroom. There was hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor.

Gr8 play to stay, very friendly staff all the way from front desk to cleaning, maintenance, to breakfast lady. I would like to especially recognize Bino at the front desk who i think usually works from arnd 1 or 2pm till late in the night for her attitude, smile, super helpful nature to greet the guests and make them comfortable, happy and informed about the timings, internet connection, on site facilities and security. She goes extra mile to perform her desk responsibilities. The gym, swimming pool and property overall is well maintained and looked absolutely safe. Bino took great steps to control the situation at late nights when some kids were still up and running down the hallway having a good time. She ensured that the guests r not disturbed and they dont bother their sleep and comfort. She literally came out of her desk and personally monitored and took control of the situation by politely telling the kids and their parents. Kudos to her leadership and problem solving skills. She definitely needs to be promoted soon...
