Front desk super helpful. Breakfast was good lots of options but kept spotless. Room was same comfortable bed and really clean.

I was told by family that this was the cleanest motel in Malvern, so we stayed there. Not disappointed. The Facilities were very clean, had a nice breakfast and the staff were very supportive and friendly. Room was a little noisy because of highway so close, but got used to it and had no trouble sleeping. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Malvern AR

Because it was booked thru a 3rd Party (*******) we weren’t informed that the elevator WAS OUT! So, no partial refund will be given, but was offered if we had booked online or phone to the property directly

Our stay was wonderful, everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great. We didn’t have time to use work out area, but it was well equipped and looked very clean. Their breakfast was the best of any place i have stayed! The eggs were light and fluffy, biscuits tasted homemade! Their cinnamon rolls were the BEST! Special thanks to Rachel, who works the front desk, for going above and beyond to help us! Great place, highly recommend!

You could hear interstate traffic all night long as well as doors constantly opening/closing and people walking around above. The walls and windows of this place are far too thin for the area. The staff was great, though! Also, when booking I put in hot springs and ******* said this was in hot springs. Clearly it is not. Very unfortunate misrepresentation to make a booking.
