Room was clean & staff was friendly but needs updating! You could see light under the door as well as on the side. We put a towel on the floor to block the 1” gap at the bottom but could do nothing for the side gap. The bed was nice & soft.

We had an overnight stay. All I asked for was trash pickup and clean towels. Came back to the room full of trash and used towels. I didn’t even bother to ask again. Just kept a mental note for the next time I need to book in that area.

Room was great, staff was excellent, breakfast was good. Would stay here again if in the Natchitoches area. Right off the interstate with three/four east choices for food.

Some of the employers didn't no how to work the computer on the check in and out cause they were double charging customers .Dont no if they were having trouble with the system or they might need a little more training but other than that it was a nice stay

Told me bcz i book ******* I wouldn't be getting any points. I didn't ask! Pancake machine was broken with no out of order sign. Booked 3 rooms bcz of children, rooms were on different floors. No cinnamon rolls

Gross bathroom.
When we got to the room, there was a terrible moldy smell and a strong chemial smell that was worse in the bathroom. I called to see if we could switch rooms. Was told that wasnt possible but that housekeeping would come clean the bathroom again while we were out. That didn't happen. The smell got better if we closed the bathroom door so we decided to stay. I told the front desk again the next morning. The lady didn't really seem to care. I was so grossed out my the bathroom that I was in a rush to leave, so i didnt press the issue. I will not be back.
