Stayed in the jacuzzi room and it was awesome. Sam at the front desk greeted us warmly and recognized our Club membership. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful.

My husband and I were traveling to hunt pheasants with our lab. We were unsure where to stay but after reading reviews and doing a little research we ended up staying here! We had a great stay. The staff truly made the experience stand out. Cody and Sam at the front desk were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special shoutout to Katrina, the “kitchen lady,” or “Hurricane” who kept breakfast running smoothly and made everyone feel welcome—she was so kind and upbeat in the mornings. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Pratt. -The Benedict’s

Had a wonderful stay, everyone was so attentive. Our room door wasn't working properly and Richard came and fixed it for us. Kody at the front desk always has a smile for everyone and Sam was very attentive all evening. I never went without.

My stay here is always perfect. The bed is so soft, I love the pillows I would take them home if I could. I come here often sometimes just to take a break away from the crazy of the world. I don’t hear the traffic, I love the hot tub, Casey’s , McDonald’s, & Walmart are very close. Megan Bell is the best of the best when it comes to hostess. They’ve done some amazing updates throughout the whole place. The staff is always helpful & polite.

Was a very welcoming stay. This nice young man at the counter named Kody helped us get the hotel to the first floor when it wasn't working at the time. Will always book with them when we are in the area.

I don’t hear the traffic, I love the hot tub, Casey’s , McDonald’s, & Walmart are very close. They’ve done some amazing updates throughout the whole place. The staff is always helpful & polite.
