The staff were very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and our king size bed was so comfortable. Surrounding area felt safe and I'd definitely stay there again!

The building needs refreshed, dirty elevator, dirty entrance, dirty windows, room only had a lounger in it and bed… Front desk were kind and friendly…. I think the construction workers have really done damage to this building… breakfast was okay, syrup was ice cold when you put on your pancakes… I stayed there once a while ago and it was fresh and clean..

Overall, It is a good hotel to stay with friendly staff. The parking area is a little tight. The carpet in the lobby can use a good steam cleaning.

One clerk checking in a very large family. Took about 30 minutes to get to us. Children running wild in the pool off the lobby. Parents present but not supervising. Water dripping all over lobby and hallway. Elevator floor all wet. Toilet in our room was dirty. I cleaned it myself. Rest of room and bathroom were clean. Will never return to this venue.

Breakfast was really good with lots of gluten free options and vegetable egg white omelettes. Greek yogurt options were available as well as both cow’s milk and almond milk. They even had candied pecans for the oatmeal and a pancake maker! Loved it. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice but the shower was not my favourite. Great stay overall.

The toilets clog often. This was my second stay and both times I've had my toilet clog for just a little toilet paper. This time same thing and asked for a toilet plunger to keep in my bathroom. I repeat...every flush it backed up. And,
never really flushed all the way for 3 nights! I asked at the desk if this was a known problem. The desk receptionist said she didn't think so but when she thought about it she replied, "It must be as staff was unplugging a toilet as we were speaking." Holiday Inn...get this fixed!

He documented with a photo that the clog was caused by approximately half a roll of toilet paper that had been placed in the toilet. This was not a result of “just a little toilet paper,” but rather an excessive and unacceptable amount that had to be physically removed before the toilet could be unclogged.I hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again to show you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception.Again, thank you for sharing your comments

The staff were all friendly & accommodating. We had to ask for sheets & blankets for the pull out couch even though we listed kids were staying with us. Breakfast was hot & staff quick to keep everything stocked. The pool was nice but other guests kids were not being monitored by their parents & were getting loud, obnoxious, & unruly. So we got out & didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we would've liked. I understand that staff dont have control over guests but maybe there could be something that could help with this.

Our origin room had flaws and we were taken to a second room that was missing a chair and the desk lamp would not light. We were told they would send someone to fix both and the someone never came. We asked for at least another lamp. Again we were told someone would bring it and someone never showed.
