酒店回复: The guest was very upset at check-in because he was under the impression he requested King Standard room. The guest did come down the next morning and apologized to us and explained the situation was his fault. He had been looking at a reservation in another State. We were sold out of King Rooms the night of the reservation, so the reservation came through as "Any Room Available".The guest said the Front Desk Agent was kind and doing her best. I was very appreciative and grateful that the guest did come down to apologize.

Nice hotel
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed for my son’s birthday and had a couple people come for dinner and cake. Hotel was pretty quiet. It was nice. Hot tub wasn’t very warm, which was a bummer, but overall, nice place to stay!

Definitely would stay again.
We had a great stay! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel seemed very clean. We parked in the shared lot with the Cracker Barrel next door because we were pulling a trailer and they have larger pull through spots that worked perfectly so we didn’t have to try to squeeze in to multiple spots.
The beds were comfortable and we slept amazing and woke up refreshed. Everything was great.

Room spacious and clean. Quiet night sleep and friendly staff. Only fast food restaurantsaround the area. Nice breakfast choices.
