The area was fine and the stay was okay, our keys stopped working each day so we had to keep returning to the desk to get new ones every day. The door didnt close fully unless it was slammed shut, im assuming most people had the issue too because so many doors were slamming in the hall. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Handicap bathroom shower leaks all over bathroom floor. I called ahead before making reservations to confirm if hotel has walk in showers and was lied to saying the hotel had been renovated and all the rooms had walk in showers. I was traveling with my elderly mother who can’t step over and into a bathtub to shower. At least they had the handicap room available but this would have been very problematic if they hadn’t.

The check-in was fast, and uncomplicated. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was extensive, and excellent. A great place to spend the night.

We had a bit of a rough check-in a girl was training and it took over 10 minutes to check the guy in front of us in. Then we finally get our room key and they forgot to tell us the door is “tricky” and you lift handle and push really hard so we had to go back down and get help. We get in and the window is broken and stuck open! Back down and they tell us they will move us. Almost 20 minutes later we get assigned a room with two double beds vs the king bed I booked weeks ago and they didn’t even ask if we were ok with that. When I said something to manager she said “it’s fine hop bed to bed”Weird response! The room was ok but I had to use Clorox wipes and wipe down the not so clean bathroom! The room and hotel in general have a musty/mold smell. Missing pieces of Sheetrock near the toilet and a tub with permanent stains. . We will stay at another hotel if in Camden area again.

After waiting 45 minutes to check in, I had to change my clothes in the lobby restroom so that I could make it to my meeting in time. The person working the desk had reservations confused, billed wrong credit cards and for an unknown reason was unable to speak up or articulate clearly. One couple in the lobby said they had been waiting nearly two hours to check in because their room “was not ready.” I never had the opportunity to check in and the lobby filled up with other people. The hotel has refused to refund my money, so I’ll be disputing the charges and reporting them to the better business bureau.

The staff and a lovely lady handling breakfast service. We’re absolutely great. The rooms had that smell of mold and mildew, yet they were clean.

Did not enjoy this stay. Got in really late and just wanted to get to bed, we were only staying overnight. Room smelled bad - musty. When we woke up in the morning, I just felt gross - almost like my clothes were wet. It was just a bad experience.
