Pretty much everything. When you turned on the bathroom light a fan roared very loud. The room door stuck and wouldn't close properly. Selecting TV channels was horrible, very outdated system. The hotel business computer was locked up and unusable. A customer had locked it but no one had addressed the issue for 2 days.

We stayed after an FSU football game, the drive from the stadium to the hotel was only 35 minutes. Check in was quick and easy. We stayed in the suite with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa. The beds we very comfortable, we had plenty of extra blankets/ pillows for the sleeper sofa. Bathroom was clean and stocked, added bonus the shower was nice and HOT! We stopped downstairs for breakfast before we left thinking it would be basic hotel breakfast, we were wrong. They had biscuits and gravy, home fries, and more that taste just like a diner. Even the kids noticed how nice this hotel was.
We will definitely stay again when we are in town.

Housekeeping was limied, as the website stated. Didn't empty garbage cans or leave caffeianted coffee. Rooms were clean and beds were great. Breakfast was a highlight.

Clean and comfortable room
Parking was good. Your nighttime staff was not very friendly.
Hotel room was great. Very comfortable bed and very clean room and bathroom. Best water pressure in shower I’ve ever had in a hotel. Morning breakfast was good except there was no scrambled eggs and the veggie omelet was cold. All in all good stay.

Travelocity needs to understand that ONE king bed is not enough room for 3 people. We paid for 3 people and were given a room for 2.
We were transferred to another room that had a pull out sofa. Room was a little musty smelling, carpet was damp but very clean. Front desk was helpful!
Pool is completely drained which in FL is quite a bummer. We were told we could walk over to use the other hotels pool if we wanted and given the pool code.
More disappointed with Travelocity . Happy that hotel had enough rooms to move us to a room that had space for 3 people.
