I was really looking forward to staying in this hotel since Holiday Inns are usually nice. As soon as we arrived in our room, we noticed a large water damage spot on the ceiling that looked moldy :( along with dirty/stained carpet, grease & grime on the walls, and the a/c unit was caked in dirt. Thankfully the front desk was kind and moved us to another room. This room was slightly better, but still overall dirty. Stained carpet, dusty a/c unit, and handprints on the headboard! Yuck… thankfully the bed was clean. Friday night was quiet, Saturday night I was woken up several times by drunk neighbors (finally stopped hearing them at 3:30am). I just can’t believe I paid $444 for 2 nights for a place like this. :( I don’t ever complain, I don’t ever leave negative reviews, but please my friends do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this hotel.

The room was very clean and well taken care of. I would suggest a fan for the bathroom because the water will cause mold. Other than that the staff hotel and the stay was fantastic!

在独立镇这种小地方，这可能已经是最好的一家酒店里，一切不过不失吧。位置处于镇中心，高速公路出入口附近，交通方便，去克里夫兰CBD、机场、湖畔景区、阿克隆等都不过二十分钟左右车程。酒店旁边是当地一会展中心，附近餐饮的选择不少，酒店有很大的停车场可免费泊车。
入住那天发现洗脸盆的塞子升不起来，无法排水，但因为时过傍晚，找不到人维修，又没有房间可换，只好自己动手临时处理了，好在服务人员态度良好，所以也没什么不快。
很棒的住宿体验，推荐！
入住和退房都很方便，但房间不值这个价。房间本身和入口区域都不太干净。墙壁上到处都是污渍，有些地方甚至已经破损，房间里的毛巾上也沾满了污渍。我们要求换毛巾，但一直没收到。自助早餐还不错（食物还行，服务也很好）。
床单很干净，床很舒服，羽绒枕头的卫生有点问题。折叠沙发床中间有点翘。无法使用——没有床单，我们被告知拿不到——客房服务人员走了。后来有人过来了。房间里没有微波炉！浴室太小了。多芬的沐浴露不错。我不会推荐这家酒店。

酒店极其干净，提供24小时礼宾服务，便捷又安心。员工服务无可挑剔，专业友好，随时准备提供帮助。我非常喜欢酒店内的小酒吧，晚上在舒适的氛围中放松身心，真是完美之选。
酒店无可挑剔，我非常喜欢这次住宿，毫不犹豫地推荐这家酒店。下次来克利夫兰，我一定会再次入住这里。
房间很干净，毛巾也很多。工作人员很热情，尤其是Shelle。她很有个性，让入住体验提升了10倍。
