They don’t have curtains which make the room dark to sleep well. They have very thin and light curtains hanging in the middle and in the morning sunlight direct affects the bed and can’t sleep more after sunrise.

Toilet stopped up and the rooms were not clean food was subpar!!! Should get a refund for this….

这家酒店被列为无需支付押金，并且提供接机服务。然而，当我试图从华盛顿机场致电预订接机服务时，电话根本打不通。当时大约是当地时间下午一点。我只好打车去了酒店。前台坐着一个黑人，这个人瘦得皮包骨，让我感到不安全。他让我用信用卡支付了50美元，说是房卡费。他还特意问我，是不是真的只住一晚。我越想越觉得不对劲，就向Trip.com反映了这50美元的事，他们回复说这是押金。虽然他们说会退还，我嘴上答应了，但心里简直骂了一万遍……哪有酒店会收信用卡押金的？这样酒店宁愿不收了，也好过一个个去处理退款的麻烦。而且我在预订的时候，网站明明写着没有押金，我才订的啊。结果从酒店去机场的时候，我又得打车。各位亚洲人去美国，如果英语不好，被宰的情况确实很多。但是被自己国家的平台告知那笔钱是押金，这种感觉真是让人无语。这让我开始重新审视Trip.com这个平台。这家酒店？别去了。除非你英语很好，钱又多，那就去吧。
