Staff didn’t seem very welcoming. Starbucks was very slow. We were there for 3 days and our room was never cleaned even though we were told they will refresh the room on Saturday.

We specifically chose this hotel for the pool, but upon arrival were told the liner was being replaced. The pool looked dirty and unusable — something that should have been clearly communicated on the website.
Every outlet in our room either didn’t work or sparked when we tried to plug something in. The TV didn’t work at all, and even the elevator had missing buttons. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming until 11 p.m., and the front desk did nothing to address it.
To top it off, I was double-charged for snacks from the lobby area, and the staff seemed confused about how to fix it. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The property was clean and staff was professional and friendly. There are more steps to getting on their internet than most places that I stay. After all the trouble to get on, it logs you out within a minute. You have to pay for any amenity other than the coffee in your room. Amenities gets a poor rating. I paid for a cop of coffee the first morning. The actual coffee in my Starbuck's cup took up 2 inches. I was told cappuccino was always mostly foam. Maybe inside this hotel but not at any Starbucks that I have been to.

The doors are very noisy—heard people coming and going all night long. The rooms were also stuffy and humid.
Staff were wonderful, especially Ronald in the Bistro.
