The property was clean and staff was professional and friendly. There are more steps to getting on their internet than most places that I stay. After all the trouble to get on, it logs you out within a minute. You have to pay for any amenity other than the coffee in your room. Amenities gets a poor rating. I paid for a cop of coffee the first morning. The actual coffee in my Starbuck's cup took up 2 inches. I was told cappuccino was always mostly foam. Maybe inside this hotel but not at any Starbucks that I have been to.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The noise on my floor was out of control but died down after 12am.

The doors are very noisy—heard people coming and going all night long. The rooms were also stuffy and humid.
Staff were wonderful, especially Ronald in the Bistro.

The couch in the room was covered with white substance. Like ice cream or some kind of icing. Also the screen door was broken for the balcony and didn’t shut all the way.
The front desk attendant was amazing and very professional. Alyssa!

Toooo much bleach on the sheets. They were extremely itchy and uncomfortable
