前台有中文服务太好了～入住时还没到时间，先寄存了行李出去玩，回来行李已经送到房间了。
一楼大厅有自助饮料。咖啡，碳酸饮料，冷热饮自助喝。晚上还有冰棍，小点心可以吃，这点蛮好的。

房间干净整洁，前台服务热情（有会中文的小哥哥小姐姐），大堂提供免费的咖啡和小食品，酒店离高岛屋、三越百货、东京站很近，方便逛街和出行。酒店早餐品种不多，但是品质不错。
房间虽小，但极简干净，早餐品种不多，但营养均衡，酒店十分便捷，出门右边是高岛屋，左边是大丸，周边很多餐饮，离JR步行几分钟即可到达
总体很不错的酒店，服务非常好，每天下午的茶点很好。圣诞节的糕点也很好吃。酒店去哪里都非常方便，地铁四通八达，周边有很多商店，方便购物。就是洗澡的淋浴间有点小。
我们三人选了四床联通房，非常宽敞，行李全部能放平，两个淋浴房、两个卫生间，舒适够用。中间有个隔断，两房既能隔断又能相通。 地段简直是钻石地段，离东京站八重洲北口只有200米路程，过一条马路就到。东京站四通八达，到成田机场有直达大巴，非常方便。这个酒店适合家庭出游，下次还会选这家。非常推荐。
这家旅店就在东京站附近，机场大巴直接到东京站，然后步行五分钟就到了旅店，非常方便。店员也很热情，还会讲中文。1楼还有免费咖啡和小蛋糕的，可以供住店客人享用.唯一的缺点就是房间确实很小,也就是地段换面积.
房间虽然不大，但是干净，交通方便，对面就是东京站，东京站一番街也很好逛，吃的用的应有尽有，大丸百货高岛屋都在附近，去银座也方便，两站路，酒店还提供饮料小点心，早餐品种虽然不多但也可以吃饱，品质也不差，如果想吃得丰富一点可以另外加钱，下次来东京可能还会选择这里。

设施：寸土寸金的东京，这个房间算不小了，设施齐全、精致
卫生：细节处理非常好，干净整洁
环境：周边交通、餐饮都非常便捷，7-11就在酒店楼下没几步的路口，东京站可以步行过去，日本桥站近在咫尺，高岛屋购物也便利。
酒店就在东京站对面的巷子里，去哪里都方便，太适合旅行的我们了，在这个地段，21-22平米的房间真的不算小了，很满意。一楼在固定时间还有免费的冰棍提供。
有一说一 干净卫生 离东京站步行只需3分钟 地理位置绝佳 楼下便利店 面店 小酒吧 就是价格变动有点大 其他都挺好
