The manager on duty canceled the room because I only had a prepaid debit card. We did not stay. I had to drive back home. Can I get refunded?

We have been coming to Cape for the past 4 years. We have a kid going to SEMO. Everytime we come this is our spot. This is our go to "PERFECT SPOT". Great location for everything and Great Staff.

Clean room and bathroom, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom and the room were both really spacious which my toddler loved after being in her car seat she had plenty of room to run freely. The location was safe as well and convenient having a Rhodes close by open late to get snacks and chargers. I was pleased with my stay I felt safe and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful and made check in easy! Our room is so roomy and clean. We have big dogs so plenty of room for them and they have hooks to hang leashes!!!

After staying in 50+ Hotels over the year it’s the best by far. Clean and inviting from outside into Lobby. Room was immaculately clean with plenty of desirable amenities.

******* stated the hotel serves breakfast. It does not. Also ******* stated one price for the travel insurance. It was more than four times more expensive. Not the hotel's fault but *******, for not using updated information.

Great stay!
We had a great stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
The air conditioner was pretty noisy, and the fire detector has a bright flash every few seconds, but I don't think either of those things woke us.
