It was a nice stay for us. We have planned to stay back as we are getting same hospitality as we treat us at home. The food was good and the breakfast foods are very good. Special thanks to souvick at reception he taken care of us and ensured us a wonderful and comfort stay. We checked in at midnight, souvick ensured us a smooth check-in process and was very good at our overall stay. Entire team is very good.

It was a lovely stay for me at the Pushpanjali Fortune Hotel at Durgapur. It avails of all the 5 star comforts, facilities and standards, yet without the hustle and bustle of being in a metro. Located in a small city it's the perfect get away offering great food, rooms, spa and other services. The people there are kind, warm and welcoming. Samir at the Orchid restaurant recommended all the right dishes and ensured that our food was properly served. Everyone else at the hotel - Ujjal, mausmi, paritosh chef, suresh cheff, kittu and Anamika all ensured that i had the best stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take a little break and enjoy all the little comforts.

Visited the Lucknow food festival.Food was delicious.Guest Relationship Manager, Shrabani was very good with her behaviour and hospitality.

在这里住了 5 晚。我住得很舒服。房间整体干净。淋浴花了一段时间才有热水，但我觉得还可以。唯一可以改进的是房间里的咖啡杯有点脏，我想还是换一个新的比较好。晚上我们在餐厅点了菜，食物和饮料的种类也很丰富，所以我们度过了一个愉快的夜晚。酒店附近有一个购物中心叫Junction Mall，购物很方便。
服务很棒，Mousumi mondal 提供了很棒的服务。团队管理得很好，干净，响应及时，态度亲切，热情好客，我有点不合时宜地要求提供 Khichdi 食物，团队非常有礼貌地为我提供了食物。谢谢
