Rooms to good. service excellent. Staff behaviour is to polite . all over experience of wonderful stay here Very neat and clean hotel
优点：办理入住后，虽然给我们看了三次房间才确定下来，但工作人员很友好也很乐于助人。食物还不错，性价比高。地理位置也很好。
缺点：前台经理一开始给我们办理了入住，然后却说Agoda没有我们的预订记录！我们是通过Trip.com预订的，他却坚持说Trip.com和Agoda是关联的。他建议我们取消预订并直接付钱给他！最终在与他的主管/Agoda沟通后，问题才得以解决，但全程没有任何道歉。
我们预订的是带城景的大房间。给我们看的第一间房根本没有窗户。第二间房很小，只有一个两英尺高的窄小窗户。第三间房才好一点，空间更大，也更舒适。
我们不得不向酒店要卫生纸和第二条毛巾。（这些在第二天晚上才提供，房间也才被打扫）。
早上洗澡没有热水，来了两个人“修理”，最终只设法让洗手池里流出热水，我们只好用桶接水往身上浇。
床垫没有任何缓冲，我们睡得很不好。
这绝对不是一家三星级酒店。酒店的外观比内部实际提供的要好太多了！
价格实惠，地理位置优越，服务一流，员工态度良好，卧室质量符合纽约市的标准，靠近所有旅游目的地🤗🌝
