Room was clean, breakfast was great (much better than most continental breakfasts). Staff was accommodating and polite.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The staff was friendly. However our room was awful. The smoke detectors had been removed from the ceiling. The sprinklers had been covered and wrapped with plastic. The floors and showers were dirty. You couldn’t shut the bathroom door. The room smelled of mildew and everything seemed damp. We asked for an extra blanket for our sons crib and it wasn’t delivered until 11pm when we were already asleep and they rudely banged on the door. If it wasn’t for our tired toddler we would have left and found a different hotel.

In most cases if there is an issue with the room explain to the front desk and another room can be provided for your comfortability . It’s was over a 20 minute wait to check in . No apologies and the bathroom had hair everywhere.
