the room was somewhat clean. the floors should have been cleaned. check in was less than desirable because i specifically stated that i needed adjourning room and was confirmed in my reservation, and they wanted to charge me extra for that. the shower had mold in the corners. breakfast staff were OUTSTANDING!!!!.

Also the extra fee was a deposit which was released the day you checked out no one charged you extra for your room, you had reservations, if you are reluctant of paying a deposit I would suggest you call the hotel before you stay and ask if they require one. No curtain, only a blind on window. I was on the 1st floor and felt like people could see in plus it was bright in room at night from outside lights than in the day time. Every time you go to from desk there is a sign “be back 5-10 minutes “. My friend walked into a dirty room and had to be changed.

Also the curtains have two options you have the white sheer curtain and you also have the dark grey black out curtain , either side of the window has a chain that you gentle tug to bring the curtains up or down. I'm also sure the front desk was assisting other people if that was the case. I also notice you stayed two nights, within those two nights i hope we were able to assist you with that, you also checked in around 3 pm, a lot of times the housekeepers are still working so of course if a room has not been cleaned yet we would not want anyone to stay in it until it is. As a travel nurse and avid traveler, I have stayed in many hotels. This, by far, was the most HORRIBLE stay I have ever had at any hotel in my life. I booked here because I assumed that Wyndham had a decent reputation. Upon entering the room, it smelled like mold. The carpet and side of the bed had large stains, and the bathroom was dirty with hair left in the sink. I asked to change rooms, and when I returned from dinner to go to sleep, the bed in the new room had 2 LIVE INSECTS on the sheets. I ended up having to book a room at another hotel just to get a couple of hours of rest before getting back on the road. The front desk staff was rude and unconcerned regarding the issues in both rooms.
I also asked to speak with the hotel manager (Jamie Ferguson), who informed me that the general manager (Kenny) "said that there can be no compensation for the stay". She also stated that she could not provide the contact information for "Kenny". I would not advise ANYONE to book here, and I will never book with Wyndham again going forward.

We declined any refund because of the long period of time you had access to the room. Front desk reception was the most cold and unfriendly that I think I have ever experienced. The faucet in the bathroom leaked around the base and ran out onto to the floor that was manageable. The room otherwise was fine and spacious.

Floor felt weird in the room… wall plugs were broke/wouldn’t hold anything. Fridge barely worked, room felt muggy. There was a dead roach in the hall right by our room. The lock on the door wouldn’t lock. The breakfast was nasty and barely any options.

Extremely Understaffed and Filthy
Check in was quick and easy. When you walk towards the elevator, you can smell a foul odor and then it’s (odor) in the elevator. Elevator is dirty and the stainless steel is STAINED. Hotel room smelled like someone lived there with several pets. Room smelled terrible. Urine, poop, food, and whatever else has been on the floor. Hardwood floors and bathroom floor was sticky. Smoke detectors wires hanging. Holes in the wall near shower head. The hotel appears to be understaffed. I think housekeeping replenishes tissue, empties trash and changes bed linens, towels. I don’t think they mop or swiffer.
