尽管前台和服务人员都很优秀，但这家酒店并不是一个好的选择。两部电梯中只有一部可用。电梯颠簸得很厉害，我们不得不撬开门才能出去。楼梯不是一个好选择，因为楼梯只通向外面，所以客人必须沿着大楼的周边步行才能到达大堂。

我们的浴室很干净，但地毯没有用吸尘器打扫过，椅子后面的地板上放着一个额外的枕头。

81 号公路上的卡车整晚都很吵。没有“安静”一侧的房间可用。

Missed the mark

The cook didn’t show up so breakfast was canceled. The clerk at the front desk was very professional, but appeared to be the only employee in the entire hotel, because truly anyone could set out milk, juice, cereal boxes, muffins, bread, etc. The manager was not there. It appeared nobody was there but this poor clerk at the front desk. I had booked this hotel specifically because it included breakfast and that was going to be so convenient for group — 2 adults, 3 kids, 2 rooms. So that was frustrating. Otherwise, the hotel was fine — dated and showing some age but clean.

Great staff. Food in the restaurant was a great. We were able to check in early since our room was already available, although when we came down for breakfast we found out that their cook didn't show up so no breakfast. It happens, we did ask if we can get something from their store instead in lieu of the missing breakfast and they agreed.

Very pretty & updated room. Staff have been great! My only complaints are the ice machine on my floor was out but they were working on it. No safe in our room. But the area seems to be "safe." Yes I would stay here again.

The woman in the evening I think her name was Yvette was very nice check in. The woman the next morning not so nice. It's ok for one night if you are traveling but the property seems worn down.

Hotel conveniently located close to my event. I was able to check in early, however the room they initially gave was not clean once we walked in the room. The hotel staff quickly re assigned us to a new room and even an upgrade!
