I noticed right off the bat that the place was not clean. The tile in elevators needed cleanin. And the carpets in the halls were filthy and stained. The shower floor looked so dirty refused to take a shower. I complained about that and asked to have someone clean it. Which was done during the day. I could hear rumpling and hammering on the ceiling and I found out that the floor up us was being remodeled. If I had notified that the hotel was being remodeled i never would have staid there.

The room was worn. Furniture needed attention - and carpet needed cleaning. Bathroom was clean. Hallways needed vacuuming and carpet needed replacement. Staff was overall friendly

The front desk staff never cracked a smile or look me in the eye. No greeting. None of them were friendly with any interaction I had. The worst front desk I've ever encountered.

Been here twice in the last couple of months. We gave it a second try because it use to be a nice hotel. Not anymore.

Not clean. Spots in bedspread and carpets.

Breakfast was very expensive for food that is premade and cold cereal and muffins.

We will not be back.

Parking off site. Charged for a very very very poorly stocked breakfast buffet. Cleaning staff watched football game on 4th on Saturday and didn’t clean room. There are many better nearby hotels with free breakfast

The hotel is very outdated. The carpet was terrible and dirty the bed was not clean/changed. The pillows had a smell and cases were very wrinkly. We ordered the pure ness room there didn’t appear to be pureness in the room. I’m sorry I’m not a very picky person when it comes to hotels as long as they are fresh and bedding is fresh towels clean it’s usually ok But this was not a place I expected to look like this. The best was the nice staff upon check in. Glad it was just a few hours stay because we got in late …too late to cause a fuss so we slept and got up the next morning and left.
