酒店回复: Thank you so much for your feedback. Courtyards as a standard don't provide water in the room complimentary, however, we always have it in our market, and soon we will have it for purchase in the guest rooms for better convenience!

Marriott does have 30+ brands with many different options of included amenities. We also don't charge extra person fees. We do authorize 20 a day for incidentals at the time of check-in. Perhaps that is what you are referring too? I do hope your next brand choice covers all preferred amenities.

Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Didn't like that we had to pay for parking, and if you wanted coffee and breakfast it was an extra charge, was told the only free coffee was in our room after we already checked out.

我淋浴和洗手池里的热水都是灰的，我不得不洗个冷水澡。房间里有塑料杯，没有客房服务，也没有吹风机。这是一家商务人士住的酒店。他们根本不照顾女性。
这家酒店是商务人士的酒店，进出快捷，不接待女性，也不接待追求奢华的客人。除了一张床和一台电视外，他们几乎没有提供其他设施。
由于航班取消并重新预订，我们很乐意接受延迟入住。不过，冰箱里没有瓶装水，这对第一批客人来说有点不方便。
我们下楼告诉前台工作人员，第一个房间有股难闻的猫尿味，她表现得非常热情。第二个房间也有猫尿味，但没那么严重，而且已经来不及搬家了。房间的浴室比较旧，地毯和家具似乎稍微翻新过，但我觉得床可能被尿弄脏了，可能是床垫，而且升级后也没有改变。大堂看起来也最近翻新过。电梯还可以，商店也存货充足。大楼旁边主干道的交通噪音很大，前台女士显然知道最近发生了汽车盗窃事件。
酒店内没有餐厅。没有像汉普顿酒店那样的免费咖啡。热水浴缸喷头坏了。
每人额外收费。每位入住者需额外支付20美元，这还不包括您的每晚房费。房间非常陈旧。熨斗/熨衣板非常老旧。个人洗发/沐浴用品质量很差……每个房间都没有保险箱。您必须将贵重物品存放在前台的保险箱中（前台会给您钥匙）。真的吗？？？
淋浴毛巾不够用。他们可以为每个房间提供两瓶水，供您喝第一杯咖啡，但那太贵了……再也不来了。
