?This is a 3 star Wyndham property?
Lack of power outlets. Room had power ***** with one open socket.
Bathroom can see dust in exhaust fan. Loose fixture. Tub well loved(worn). One towel from front desk was more bathmat than towel and it wasn't a bathmat.
2nd floor hallway door left/kept open whole time.
Outdoor steps slippery if shoes wet despite steps being dry.
Cracked double pane window, some fogging between panes.
Breakfast was oatmeal packets, yogurt and small apples which technically is a breakfast. Something off about the yogurt...grainy texture which had me wonder about food safety.
Light switch for table lamp an uncovered screw. Solution must have been light switch by door (other side of the room).
Dresser drawers didn't really want to open.
Coffee maker on tray on microwave on fridge all using power ***** along with TV.
The guy (I assume it was a guy) in the next room started snoring loud enough that my son's phone sleeping app registered the snores. Are the walls thin?
What can we do to make this property technically qualify as a 3 star property?

In the room is ok but building very old. Parking good, customer service not good not taking care of customer don’t give card to customer for lock or unlock the door. Let customer waiting outside the room 1 hour.

Don't get bamboozled. One of the pics shows hot breakfast serving trays but the only hot items are a single waffle maker, toast and oatmeal. Room was missing a smoke detector, the luggage rack was completely destroyed, and the shower curtain rod was not installed correctly so you had to hold the shower curtain closed to avoid getting water everywhere. They must've paid a lot of money to get good photos. Also, the night desk person was rude. They also charge a $100 deposit, which is not mentioned in the listing. THIS SHOULD BE DISCLOSED. I would never stay here again. True cost should be about $19.99 per night. I can't believe this hotel is part of the Wyndham group. I've stayed at Motel 6's that were nicer.

Room was clean, quick stay for an early flight, I was in and out. Tv was a little outdated but overall stay was great

I was there for a week and a half front desk first day arrived. It was not very nice. Checked out that weekend then had to rent again once the staff again was actually moody not very helpful. Third time I talked to different staff. He was actually nice and helpful But when it came to room service, they did not clean every day even though I called three times to let them know I left at five in the morning and come back six in the evening because of work they still didn’t clean it. I had to call and say I was complaining that’s the only way I got them in there 10 minutes after my call.

一家中规中矩的酒店,没有什么特别好,也没有什么特别不好。经常因为房卡失灵,不得不去前台处理。
体验不佳,入住时我们进房间时发现冰箱里有剩余的食物,垃圾桶也堆满了。显然上次使用后就没打扫过。电视机我搞不清是怎么回事,问了问就离开了,回到房间发现仍然坏了。问了前台说第二天才能修。沙发很脏,墙壁也很脏。
千万别住这家酒店。我把一个装有现金和护照的笔记本电脑包从一个上锁的房间里丢了。
