The only thing that wasn't amazing was the photo of a snack bar area that is not in this location. Staff was helpful, breakfast was very good.

The property was the second holiday inn we have stayed at for this trip. The staff was always helpful, and the cleaning staff was always busy and did good work. The gym and pool were just fine for what we needed. The morning breakfast and coffee were always well stocked and varied
Our literal biggest hassle was the key cards never working. During our two days there we had to get rekeyed 6 times. The last time we were told it was a bad batch of cards they were trying to get through. Maybe just toss that box and use the ones that work?
On our last day there was a line of ants in the kitchen. Not pleasant, but even less so when my wife found them crawling all over her after breakfast
I don’t know if this was just an owner that’s cheap and doesn’t want to fix small things or what it might be but don’t take this as any kind of indictment against the staff there. Always helpful and always pleasant

Great brief stay
Our room was spacious and had a little chaise lounge which I enjoyed. The front desk was helpful when looking for dinner. It was very comfortable and the location was safe and clean

Broken bathroom sink
The bathroom sink was missing the lever to turn on, making it unusable. I was trying to figure out if it was a touch sensor but the lever was broken off. No maintenance available. So my only water source for the whole night was the shower. I don’t understand how the housekeeping staff missed that while cleaning.

They still haven't released my $25 deposit x2 for our last stay.......almost one month later!!!
I tried calling the property directly and was hung up on twice!!

Concert in the area
Our stay was very nice, our room smelled so good when we arrived. Bed was very comfy and hotel in general was nice and quiet. Came to the area for a concert and will forsure be back again. Great location!

Unsafe for Families – Chemical Left in Room
I stayed at this hotel from July 19–21, 2025, with my two toddlers, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start — and ended with a serious safety concern.
I originally booked a room that I believed included two queen beds and a pullout couch. When I called the day of check-in to confirm, I was told it was just a standard room, and there were no upgrades available due to being sold out. I asked for extra pillows and blankets for my kids and was told they were limited. The room was cramped, with not enough towels or bedding, and overall not family-friendly.
The next morning, I requested new bedding because my toddler had a nighttime accident. Housekeeping didn’t come until after 4 PM, and even then, trash was left behind and towels were still lacking.
The most alarming issue happened that evening — I walked out of the bathroom to find a chemical spray bottle left behind by housekeeping on the nightstand, and my 1-year-old had gotten hold of it and was spraying it. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous. I’m a licensed foster parent and have worked in hotel management — I know this should never happen. That kind of negligence could have landed us in the hospital.
I reached out to management to give them a chance to make it right, and I hope they follow through. I would not recommend this location to families with young children until safety protocols are thoroughly addressed.
