One of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Staff is incredible and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was disappointed in the sound proofing….. upstairs neighbors kept me awake till after midnight…..
Outside garbage truck very noisy at 5:30am.

Room was clean and perfect. Breakfeast was a typical hotel breakfeast, wasn't bad. Monica at the front desk did a wonderful job checking us in, very friendly with a good personality.

Comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms, friendly, helpful staff, fun holiday decorations, and plenty of snacks made this a nice place to stay. The breakfast wasn't that good (overcooked and not many options), but eh...it was included so we ate it anyway.

Our room, 317 had a view of the dumpsters. That can't be helped, of course, but keeping the dumpsters straightened and the area around them free of trash on the ground can be helped. The area around this hotel is especially noisy at night. Lots of street traffic. The room, itself, is noisy due to the mini-fridge making a racket. In the early morning hours (5:00 a.m.) the shower noise from other rooms is very loud.
