Room was spacious and clean, the one issue was the carpet was frayed, but overall it was a good room. We loved the size, facilities were bright and beautiful, breakfast was on point… nice selection of dishes…

房间不错，就是不喜欢意外收费。
房间真的很不错。早餐还可以。不喜欢提前收取“杂费”。据我所知，我事先并不知道有这笔费用。我以前从未遇到过这样的收费，所以感觉很意外。我不喜欢意外。
通往外部出口的防火门关不严。房间里到处都是蚂蚁。宣传说水疗中心可以正常使用，但我们到达时，他们却毫无预警地把它拆了。建筑外墙粗糙。到处都是垃圾，停车位的指示牌也倒挂着。不推荐。
我没有入住预订的房间。我预订了两间双床房，两间房都应该配备沙发床。但实际上两间房都没有沙发床。而且，我们被迫入住两层楼的房间，导致我们一行人无法见面。二楼的房间噪音很大，来自州际公路。虽然毗邻六车道高速公路，噪音问题可以理解，但这噪音实在太大了。听起来像是空调的隔音屏障或其他什么东西漏进来的。三楼的房间则没有这个问题。此外，二楼的房间也小得离谱。房间窄得几乎推不进行李车。三楼的房间同样没有这个问题。酒店很干净，服务也很友好，只是我们每隔几个小时就要换一次房卡。两个晚上我们换了四套房卡。带着一个正在睡觉的五岁孩子，这非常不方便。
我们很喜欢酒店的游泳池和泳池房。泳池水温很暖和，大家都很喜欢，而且也很干净。但是泳池里似乎添加了大量的氯。泳池里有氯是正常的，但如果你曾经在氯含量很高的泳池里游过泳，你就会明白我的意思了。这家酒店还算不错，但是房间钥匙的问题、因为道路噪音无法入睡、没有得到我们付费的服务等等，让我们下次去印第安纳波利斯不会再来了。
入住时房间还没准备好，开完会回来办理入住。没有拿到收据，退房后仍然没有收到？？

服务很糟糕
我去过的最差的假日酒店。他们没有整理我的房间，而且他们整理房间的那天他们让我的门整天开着。房间里没有卫生纸，我问接待处，他们也没有。我住过几家假日酒店，但这是最差的，甚至比旅馆还糟糕。酒店唯一好的就是餐厅里有两个人服务
早餐简直糟透了，煎饼机坏了。房间钥匙一直重置，进不了房间。浴缸很脏。
