The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the 24 hour coffee and the breakfast. Our biggest issue was trying to figure out how to use the tv/controller.

Front desk personnel was extremely helpful and friendly as well as housekeeping personnel. We arrived later due to road construction. I called to let the front desk know we were running late and they gave us excellent directions directly to the hotel. Morning breakfast was excellent.Thank you!

I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t stated in the website before I booked it that the pool was still under renovation… and also I couldn’t get a socket to plug and play my ps5 just because the one closer couldn’t fit I didn’t know why? I spent 5 days without gaming which is bad.Your gym needs more equipment and services… Besides that I loved everything.

酒店位置不错，房间也很好，早餐也很好，就是在入住的时候一开始要求我把原来的取消，现场支付，现场的价格要高一些，这个时候坚持不支付，然后找到携程客服最后完美解决了，还是用原来预定的价格，大家住的话也要注意。
我同行的人有些周六和周日必须提早离开。早餐七点才开始，所以那些更早出发的人都错过了早餐。我的房间还没完全装修好，电线松散，没有卫生纸，也没有毛巾架，还在施工中。
服务很友好，价格也非常合理，但当你一进房间，你就会明白为什么价格这么低了。房间是干净的，但看起来却不干净。这个地方需要翻修了。浴缸里的漆都掉了，还有一些擦不掉的小污渍。感觉就是有点脏兮兮的，但如果你实在没别的选择，也能凑合住。
我们通过 Trip.com 全额支付了酒店费用，结果酒店在前台又向我们收取了 34.50 美元。我们没有使用任何额外的设施或服务。
这价格住到这么不干净的房间，真不值。房间里还有两幅画，看得我心里直发毛。
