The staff was very friendly and inviting. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is always good!

The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. Overall, it was nice and quiet. I barely heard anyone in the rooms around me. The was very confortable and I loved that we got both firm and soft pillows. I've never been to a hotel that did that. The manager does a free BBQ cookout on Tuesday evenings for all the guests too. I thought that was a really nice touch.I come to Janesville periodically and I will definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

Excellent customer service
Room was comfortable. Staff was lovely. Reasonably priced. Room had fridge anf microwave. Big TV. (Did not watch so not sure about channels.) Good amont of sapace in room with a nice sized desk. Very good breakfast options. I have a gluten allergy and dont expect accommodation for it, but they did have fruit, eggs and yogurt that i can safely eat. A lot of options for those that are allergy free. Will definately stay again.

一切都很棒，除了最让我兴奋的一件事。当我们开始使用按摩浴缸时，黑色的东西开始从喷射器中漂浮出来。所以和任何人一样，我感到恶心，把水放掉，然后再次开始。这次甚至出现了更多的黑色物质，这真是太恶心了。不用说，我没有像我想要的那样使用浴缸。所以这非常令人失望。
在我到达之前，由于一大群人（8 人？）遇到了某种特殊问题，导致我等了 40 多分钟才办理入住手续。
