No reassurance our stuff packed in our Uhale and truck would be safe. There was random people in the parking lot. We originally planned on staying here but ended up changing our minds and leaving.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The toiletries provided were a really good quality, my hair was even left with a nice gloss. Staff were all super friendly. There are plenty of shops and eateries in the area. And it's not too far from some nice landmarks.

Clean, quite, & close to medical facilities

Stay overnight due to early morning medical test. Hotel & room was very clean and includes a continental breakfast. Recently priced for a one night stay. Would stay there again.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We were told there was a free breakfast buffet and it was only muffins and coffee. The coffee was almost un drinkable. We were told coffee pots would be available in the rooms and that was not available in

Not as expected - disappointing

Not as advertised. Reserved a king suite and the description said it had refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in room. It only had a refrigerator. If you wanted to use a microwave you had to use the only one in the building which was located in the lobby. Not furnished for comfort in either the lobby or guest room (suite) Not up to “Hilton” standards.

Very good, clean hotel.

The stay was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I can’t think of anything we were unhappy with. It was my favorite place out of our many different hotel stays on this trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I don’t really care about the free breakfast, but it was nice they offered a continental breakfast.

UNPLUG THE ROOM PHONE. I stopped here during a long and stressful drive. I got a call at 4:30 in the morning. I called the front desk and all they could say is that the calls were not from the Hilton (which the caller said they were.) Took me a long time to fall asleep and couldn’t help but noticing the noisy 18-wheeler serving the Chick-filla next door, which stayed for maybe 2 hrs. Shortly after I fell asleep, the same person called again. When I left the hotel, I mentioned this to the manager and he said many guests received prank calls thru the night and they couldn’t tell who it was because it was from within the hotel. So Spark saved a few dollars by not having caller Id on their room phones, and made themselves vulnerable to this kind of extremely unpleasant customer experience. I will consider staying at a Spark again, but I will unplug the phone from the wall during my stay.
