酒店回复: As you are currently checked in you we are unsure if you are aware that it is winter time and the outside temperature is 29 degrees at the time of your review (your current stay). We have all the in room units set at 72 degrees which is the industry standard, especially during winter time. If you wanted cold air the ideal option would be to open the window as Air Conditioning doesn’t work efficiently when it is this cold. These are not the HVAC units you would have at home but PTAC units. You need to understand they work differently and don’t just cool because you want it to. It’s like a diesel car or truck, if it’s below freezing it’s going to be harder for it to start and won’t work efficiently.

I will say, most adults would not break a hotels telephone nor alarm clock for such a reason. As a frequent traveler you must clearly understand who takes responsibility for what! I booked the room for my 80-year-old parents who were taking a trip with my son, age 12. My dad was unaware of the pet fee and told the employee he would not book this hotel again. The hotel staff was emotionally unable to handle money comments from an old man and canceled their reservation on the spot—and told them if they ever came back, he would call security on them. My son was so upset over how rudely the employee spoke to his grandparents. We have relatives in the area and travel at least monthly. Not only will I never stay here, I hope you won’t either. It’s unthinkable to refuse to allow 80-yr-olds to use their paid reservation just because they think the cost is too high. Absolutely unthinkable.

We stayed at room 306. I think it is because of the AC filter that was not well maintained. Every time we get back to the hotel, the room smells like dirty feet. The stairway AC also has the bad odor. Our shower room, above the shower tub, had molds.

Great place
Great place for a night stay. Plenty of eating and shopping places close by. Breakfast was delicious and everything was clean. Awesome customer service.

办理入住的员工很棒。回到房间后，凌晨两四点钟，一位客人不停地摔门、尖叫、叫喊，还闹腾得我们睡不着觉。打电话给前台，结果被告知他们无能为力。一周后，这家酒店又多收了我250美元。还好Orbitz帮忙了。我从来没有在酒店遇到过这么大的问题。
