Staff is fine, polite, but keys didn't work, our ground floor room was stinky, sticky stuff on the floor, stains on the carpet, & so much dust/crud in the ac vents, we were nervous to breath the air. Too bad. Not up to HI Express standards we know well.

The hotel is nice and the staff is wonderful. The hotel manager was at the front desk when we checked in and he went above and beyond to take care of our large group. This was our 2nd time here and we will be back again!

The best hotel stay I have ever had. I come to visit my dad who lives in a nursing home and they were very accommodating with providing extra assistance for our entire family. The staff was friendly every time we came back to the hotel. The food was yummy and hot, biscuits and gravy were THE BOMB. The coffee was beyond excellent and the room was perfect. We had a WiFi issue with our tv and they came and switched tvs for us immediately. Very very very satisfied with our stay. Will definitely be coming back!

电视和网络都坏了。我们投诉的时候,前台的女士说经理问我们能不能用手机。浴帘看起来好像很久没换了。浴室里都能看到霉菌。而且我一直被床上的东西咬。
