The hotel is being remodeled. We are in one of the new rooms and they look great. Customer service has been great in spite of the work going on.

I booked a room for one night & when I got there front desk tells me that I can’t get the room that was paid for because I didn’t live 50 miles or further out of the area. This is a new policy that started on Christmas Day last year that I wasn’t aware of or told about so I never got to stay. Had to book another room at a different hotel. Still waiting for my refund. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard but if that’s how you want to run your business then go for it. It’s also no where in their website of this policy change.

I had an emergency come up, and had to cancel my last 2 nights but nobody could seem to get together and give me a refund or even a partial refund for those 2 nights. Poor customer service.

don’t waste your money
Whole hotel stunk. Windows are unable to open. All of the furniture and walls were falling apart an nasty looking the pull out couch still had sheets from the whoever last stayed and wouldn’t give me new ones after only a sheet

My stay here has been great! I wish they had double beds for the suites, but the king bed did its job. Staff were very pleasant.

Old and really needs an update. Breakfast was a joke, basic food. Room key never worked, up and down the stairs to get it reprogrammed several times. Was there for a wedding and would never stay there again.

My daughter left her tablet in our room under the pillows well she didnt tell us till about 8 hours later after we were home that she left it there, and when i called the hotel and told them they said no one found it and no turned anything in, room service cleaned out room shortly after we checked out, because they were cleaning the room next to ours when we left.
