Had to change rooms because the first one was dirty. Also breakfast was cold and pancake machine was out of order.

I didn't like that there were lots of bugs in the room. When told the front desk they said its the season for the bugs and will send someone to clean. No one ever came to clean. The next day no one came to clean the room also.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean, but needed a couple more pods for the coffee maker.

Staff was ok. The problem we had was with the towels (laundry). Sometimes they didn’t smell clean and you couldn’t use them or there was other peoples hair in the towels so you couldn’t use them. It was gross and I’ve never experienced that before. I would not stay there again!

The breakfast was good but more breakfast variety would have made it better, the bathroom was not clean well, I had purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom, and towels didn't look or smell fresh. beds where comfortable, ice machine and drink machine didn't work on the floor I was on. Staff was nice, I asked for late check out and was happy to get it.

We had to change rooms three times in order to get a clean room that did not smell or have Disgusting stains on the bed. It looked like they don’t even clean their rooms or double check before they hand it to a new guest. Terrible place wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Breakfast was the same every morning. Some variety would have been nice. Laundry facilities were terrible.

I loved staying at this hotel! Very clean, friendly atmosphere, and tasty breakfast. The room had fresh furniture. I 100% recommend it! Thank you!
