Arrived put on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. Tv didn’t work! It would turn on and turn off but could not change the channel therefore we only had the weather channel and no Netflix to connect to. SHOWER… scolding or cold there was no in between. Def will NEVER stay at this Hampton Inn again.

Room was filthy. Bedding on pull out was dirty & I had to redo the bed. Bathroom was dirty had to clean myself.

The only issue was the age and condition of the hotel. Old and moldy shower curtain, cracked floor tiles in elevator, “scratchitti” on elevator walls. The price was right, but this place is probably next in line to get knocked over.

The area was fine but the elevator was constantly down, the staff failed to replenish shampoo and soap in the room, despite repeated requests. The front desk was rude and indifferent. We will unlikely stay here again unless no other options available

Front desk staff never so much as looked up most of the time
The room was unbearably musty smelling, we had to keep the a/c at a low setting at all times to lessen the stench. The door was heavy & slammed constantly, plus the entry space (narrow) made coming and going, especially with luggage and the heavy door, unnecessarily difficult. Husband sustained a bruise on his lower arm at one point. Hallway was overly warm & humid. This town is where my grown kids live so we visit at least annually - we would never ever stay again

Mediocre stay for move in day.
The food was mediocre at best, and the service was not very good considering it was move in weekend at a major college and they only had one person staffed at the breakfast area. They constantly ran out of items and so many people were constantly waiting for things they needed.

不满意。太脏了。不推荐。淋浴头上挂着别人用过的牙线,淋浴间到处都是头发,非常脏。洗手池旁的肥皂瓶上有污垢和灰尘,地毯上全是污渍,整个房间都积满了灰尘。房门的锁是坏的,床上用品看起来也很脏,房间简直恶心透了!制冰机坏了,还有一部电梯也停运了,剩下那部电梯又吵又脏。尽管工作人员态度很好,但当我们向管理层反映卫生问题时,却没有得到任何回应。工作人员是这次住宿唯一值得称赞的地方,可惜房间实在太恶心了,否则我们还会再来。
晚上网络断了,冰箱把我们放进去的很多食物都冻住了。早餐也很一般。
