We were impressed with how clean our room as well as the rest of the facilities were, and I see things most people don’t see. There weee many breakfast options, something for everyone, even a grab n go option. Fresh grind and brew coffee machine was a delightful option as well. Everything was great, we have no complaints. Definitely recommend at a reasonable price.

My brother was an accused by a worker that we hit his the managers car even when we told them that’s. A lie then was told we can leave because I was upset about the accusations I was so embarrassed

Everything was impeccable until the very last night. We specifically booked the suite with just one request: that it be quiet. Unfortunately, on our final night, there was a cleaning crew working on the entire floor of the hotel. Large hoses were connected to a van parked right outside our windows, and the noise was extremely loud and disturbing.
What was truly unbelievable was the timing—they started late in the evening and continued past 2 a.m.! This is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a hotel where guests are paying for rest and comfort. It was our last night before a long day of travel, and instead of a good night’s sleep, we had to endure hours of intolerable noise.am extremely upset. You cannot treat paying guests this way—it shows a complete lack of respect for your clients.

The minute I walked into the facility the concierge acknowledged my presence letting me know she will be right with me even though she was on the phone. The hotel looks immaculate and smells clean. The room was clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, stores, supermarket. I recieved a text from the hotel shortly after checkin to ask if everything is ok with my room then recieved another text throughout my stay asking if they can do anything to make my stay better. I loved my stay at this hotel and will definitely be staying here whenever i visit Bluffton again.

The only reason I wouldn't stay at this property again is that the toilets were extremely low and as a senior I couldn't get off the toilet. I was finally able to grab the door knob to hold on to and that helped me lift my body up.
